Kate is responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting across the portfolio. Her responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for lenders; reconciling bank accounts; recording income and operating expenses; managing accounts payable and receivable; and supporting audits, tax reporting, and CAM reconciliations.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in real estate accounting, including financial reporting, general ledger management, and full-cycle accounting operations.

Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
