David Pizzotti
David has spent his twenty years in real estate focused on the acquisition of industrial properties. Previously, David served as Vice President of a national industrial fund and was directly responsible for over 50 closings with total consideration in excess of $470 million. Prior to this, David spent four years with First Highland Management and Development Corp. focusing on the purchase, redevelopment and repositioning of corporate surplus industrial properties.
David is a graduate of Harvard University.

Peter Walter
Prior to cofounding Trident in 2008, Peter was an advisor and investor with Talisman Capital Partners, a Dublin, Ohio, based private equity firm. Peter has worked as a marketing executive in a wide range of industries including automotive, healthcare, financial services and consumer products. Peter is a private investor in industrial real estate.
Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College and received his MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
