Trident has finalized its acquisition of 600 Millennium Drive in Allen, TX, a 164,866 square foot class A industrial facility. The property is the fourth building Trident has acquired in Northeast Dallas, representing over 600,000 square feet. The acquisition marks Trident’s third in two months, bringing its total portfolio to nearly 6.6 million square feet.
