Trident is pleased to announce our acquisition of 26840 Fargo Avenue in Bedford Heights, OH.
Trident acquired the 145,964 square foot facility vacant from an owner/user and has begun an expansive redevelopment program to improve the property, including new asphalt and truck courts, adding dock positions, repainting, and modernizing the interior with LED lighting and office upgrades.
The acquisition grows Trident’s presence in Cleveland and increases our total portfolio to over 6.4 million square feet.
