Trident, in conjunction with its joint venture partner, has acquired 10.3 acres of land next to its existing property at 2919-2999 Lewis Centre Way in Grove City, OH. The acreage is fully improved and will serve as trailer storage for the building’s main tenant; a global transportation, e-commerce, and business services company.
