Trident is pleased to announce our latest acquisition of Heartland Meadows Commerce Center in Liberty, MO.
The best-in-class 181,321 square foot facility was built in 2021 and increases Trident’s portfolio to over 6.2 million square feet. It is Trident’s first acquisition in Kansas City, which is a strategic growth market for us going forward.
