Peter is Co-Managing Partner at Trident, where he leads fund operations, capital markets, and investor relations. Since co-founding Trident in 2008, he has overseen the acquisition of more than 3 million square feet of industrial assets across the Southeast. Over the past 18 years, Peter has focused on expanding private capital partnerships, structuring institutional joint ventures, and overseeing fund and asset-level finance, accounting, and reporting for more than $1.5 billion in total deal consideration.

Peter holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
