Eric oversees financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for our real estate portfolio. He manages accounting for property acquisitions, leases, and ongoing property management to support strategic decision-making and financial stability.

Prior to Trident, Eric managed the debt portfolio and accounting functions for Greater Boston Management’s residential and commercial property holdings.

Eric began his career in mortgage banking, working in the secondary marketing departments at CUNA Mutual Group and Greystone.

Eric is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison.
