Scott is responsible for overseeing development and construction across the portfolio, assisting with site acquisition, due diligence, design, and construction through project completion. He brings over 22 years of experience across the design, construction, facilities, and development industry, with a strong background in site civil design and construction. Scott has served as a developer, general contractor, and owner’s representative throughout North America.

Scott is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
