We’re excited to announce that Phase II of the RIC, a 303,120 square foot speculative warehouse, is nearing completion and looking great! In conjunction with our development partner, O’Connor Capital Partners, we’ve poured countless hours (and a little bit of concrete!), into our 230-acre master planned industrial park and this state-of-the-art facility.
