David is Co-Managing Partner at Trident, where he oversees all acquisition, development, and real estate operations. He brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, with a primary focus on industrial properties. Since co-founding Trident in 2008, David has led the firm’s real estate initiatives, driving the successful acquisition and development of more than 18 million square feet of industrial space. Over the course of his career, he has executed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions across Midwest markets, delivering deep expertise in evaluating and capitalizing on real estate opportunities.

David is a graduate of Harvard University.
