Trident is excited to announce our latest acquisition of 27767 George Merrelli Drive in Warren, MI. The 150,000 square foot class A facility is 100% leased to Avancez, serving as a mission critical facility to support multiple Stellantis facilities in the area. The acquisition grows Trident’s portfolio in Detroit to over 2.2 million square feet.
