Trident is excited to announce our strategic acquisition of 14720 Foltz Industrial Parkway, a 100% leased, multi-tenant industrial facility located in Strongsville, OH. The 185,210 square foot building was built in 2016 and increases Trident’s portfolio to over 6 million square feet.
